Writing important parts of my story in these books which are part of Kate Butler’s Inspired Impact series changed my life.  In Women Who Ignite, I wrote about the most challenging time in my life and how I triumphed over finding myself barely divorced with no child support, as a single parent diagnosed with cancer and a professional business owner having no paid sick days.  What I learned in that 15 months changed my life forever.

About Dr. Lucette’s Story

Dr. Lucette had already been through cancer as a single, self employed parent and stepped out of her business to help her brother after he suffered a life changing traumatic brain injury when in December of 2019 she found herself scrambling to help her aging parents with multiple health issues, then losing her mother, taking of her dad and the estate and everything that went with it during the 2020 pandemic.  This story is about faith, resilience, trust, appreciation and all the miracles that occur in the middle of big challenges.
